On Monday 20th April between 0630 and 0900 hours some users may have experienced slow connectivity to their website / email, this was caused by a malfunctioning intrusion detection device.

Our engineers were notified and the issue was resolved before business hours commenced. The device manufacturer's are liaising with our data center to prevent a further occurrence of the fault.
